This is the most terrible forex company I've encountered. I signed up, but then I couldn't log in again. It's puzzling that the system is asking for MT4 credentials when I can't even access my dashboard to set up an MT4 account! Just thinking about what would happen if this occurred during live trading makes me anxious. I can't rely on them anymore; they have major system problems. Their support is slow, and the responses are unprofessional.

Stay away from this, folks!! Adding funds is a breeze, but getting your cash out is a real struggle. Definitely not a good choice!!!

I’m familiar with how reliable Axi.com is. They’re trustworthy and offer excellent brokerage services.

[Update] Right now, the option to withdraw is visible. However, Axi could definitely speed up their response time. Don't wait for clients to air their grievances on Trustpilot before addressing issues.

Beware! I can't link my bank account for withdrawals, and I can't even request a withdrawal! It's been over a week, and the problem is still unresolved! Anna Zhang, Akira, and JD haven't been able to help! They just pass the buck to the so-called finance and IT teams! Don't tell me to reach out to your team directly. I've done that way too many times, and it’s pointless!
The amount isn't huge, but just think if it were a lot more. My suggestion: Keep your distance from Axi as much as possible!

Axi broker is a total scam. They jacked up the margin right before the news hit. It feels like they just want folks to lose their cash; they ain't interested in anyone making a profit. I ended up losing $140,000 because they’re not upfront about their margins. Plus, just before the news, they took away the buy stop limit and sell stop limit from their platform. Honestly, I wish I could give you zero stars for what you’ve done.

Dealing with customer issues takes forever, and my mt4 just shut down outta nowhere, leaving me unable to take out my funds.

I've been working on my trading abilities, focusing on my stocks and portfolio.

Deposits and withdrawals are quick, but the execution speed in MT4 could use some improvement. I recommend switching to MT5; it’s speedy and packed with features. Seriously, bring MT5 on board, and we’ll have an awesome experience!

I've been using AXI for a couple of years now, and let me tell you, it's been nothing short of fantastic. For folks in Kenya, the MPESA deposit option is great, and the withdrawals happen quickly. Order execution is speedy, plus the customer support team is super friendly. I'm looking forward to many more trades with you all.

[Update 6 Oct] My account manager got in touch and was super quick to help me sort out the problem I was having! Awesome job! I’ve put in a request to cash out my commission, and I’m pretty confident it’ll go through, considering Axi’s standing as a global broker.

I joined their affiliate program back in June 2022. The broker’s solid, with decent spreads and fast withdrawals. But, I’ve been having trouble getting my commission from client referrals since June! I’ve been told that the payment is on hold and all that jazz.

I’m curious if anyone else has run into the same issue, and if they managed to get it sorted?

I've been able to deposit, take out my winnings, and have a good experience with this company, no issues at all. I really recommend it. A dependable company up to this point.

Out of nowhere, I can't get into 3 of my MT4 accounts.

AXI claims that 3 of my MT4 login details are not valid.

I attempted to reset the passwords for all 3 of my MT4 accounts, but AXI insists they must be valid MT4 logins.

There's no way to reach out to support.

Everything's fine until you try to cash out some cash... I withdrew 278€, but only ended up with 253€ in my account... That means I got hit with a fee of nearly 10%!

My uncle got me started with this broker back in 2021. Since then, I've been trading with them and honestly, I've had no problems at all. Their customer support is top-tier, the spreads are decent, and the execution is spot on. Now, every silver lining has a cloud, right? The only downside I see is the commission and swap fees when swinging trades. This applies to the pro account with zero spread. But if you're making consistent profits, this shouldn't really bother you. Paying a $3 commission on a $300 profit to a broker that provides tight spreads and doesn’t mess with your orders is a small price to pay, don’t you think? Besides that, Axi is a fantastic broker. I've withdrawn funds a few times, and they hit my account in under 24 hours. They also offer a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods. In short, if you're looking for a reliable broker that won’t play games with your trades or hold up your withdrawals asking for every document imaginable, go with AXI. I plan to stick with this broker for the long haul. Definitely recommend it!
